Sectional Titles
We render legal advice to the following bodies or persons in matters and disputes pertaining to sectional titles and homeowners' associations (or so-called full title complexes), including levy collection and litigation and the drafting of memorandums of incorporations for homeowners' associations: owners of units in a sectional title complex, trustees of a body corporate, managing agents and homeowners' associations.
